Thompson Hine LLP seeks an associate to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group in the Chicago or New York office.  The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience focused on the following areas:  securities, capital markets and public company representation.  The candidate will ideally have tangential exposure as a result of their capital markets experience with mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance.  The candidate will have strong academic credentials, a strong work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, as well as the ability to establish client and peer relationships in a team oriented culture.
