Associate Level:
Candidates for an Associate level position should have 5 – 8 years of experience handling retail leasing transactions. Experience should include drafting and negotiating leases, subleases, amendments, and related documentation. Familiarity with landlord and tenant representation, lease enforcement, and ancillary real estate transactions is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and writing skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple leases efficiently. A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong client and team relationships are essential.
Counsel Level:
Candidates for a Counsel level position should have at least 8 years of experience in retail leasing, with a proven track record of managing complex leasing transactions for a diverse client base.
